The Site is operated by Clothes Mentor - Fort Worth, TX, an independently owned and operated Clothes Mentor franchise location operating under a license agreement with Clothes Mentor, LLC. 

Clothes Mentor - Fort Worth, TX is the seller responsible for products offered and orders placed through this Site. 

Other Clothes Mentor franchise locations are independently owned and operated and are not responsible for purchases made through this Site. 

3. Eligibility 

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase through the Site, or you must use the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. 

4. Pre-Owned Products and Brand Names 

Products sold through the Site are generally pre-owned merchandise acquired from customers and resold by us. 

Pre-owned merchandise may show normal signs of previous ownership or use. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors, condition, measurements, appearance, and other characteristics may vary. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are an independent reseller and are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the brands whose products may appear on the Site. 

Brand names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property appearing on products or in product descriptions belong to their respective owners. The appearance of a brand on the Site does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of Clothes Mentor or Clothes Mentor - Fort Worth, TX by that brand. 

5. Reference and Compare-At Pricing 

Where a reference, original retail, or “compare-at” price is displayed, that amount is intended to provide customers with a reasonable reference point for the price of the item or a comparable item when sold new.

Reference prices are estimates and may vary by retailer, location, time, product condition, model, or other factors. They do not represent a guarantee that the item is currently offered elsewhere at that price.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, measurements, and other information. Because our inventory consists primarily of unique pre-owned items, variations and occasional errors may occur. If you believe information about an item is inaccurate, please contact us before purchasing when possible. 

7. Pricing and Availability 

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Because many items are unique and may be offered both online and in a physical store, an item may occasionally sell in-store before the online inventory has been updated. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel that portion of the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. 

8. Orders 

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including: 

• product unavailability; 

• suspected fraud; 

• payment issues; 

• pricing or listing errors; 

• suspected misuse of the Site; or 

• other legitimate business or legal reasons. 

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
